At Teisko, protecting your privacy is very important to us, and so is being transparent about how we collect, use, and share information about you. This Privacy Policy covers the information we collect about you when you use our products or services. Our Privacy Policy applies to your use of Teisko’s Services and describes the kind of information we process, how it is processed and why.
As used in these Terms, “Teisko”, “We” means: Sam Teisko Ltd, a Finnish registered Company at Apollonkierros 3, 45120 Kouvola, Finland.
Teisko operates a web application and corresponding apps (on https://www.teisko.com, https://app.teisko.com) referred as “Service”, “Services”. It is Teisko’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our services. We process Personal Data as a Processor on behalf of the Customer. What information we collect about you
Information you provide to us
Account and Profile information: Teisko collect information about you when you register for an account, create or modify your profile, set preferences, sign-up for or make purchases through the Services. For example, you provide your contact information and, in some cases, billing information, when you register for the Services. You also have the option of adding a display name, profile photo, and other details to your profile information to be displayed in our Services. We keep track of your preferences when you select settings within the Services.
Content you provide through our Services: This content includes information like listing SaaS apps used, listing users of these SaaS apps, and payment information of the listed SaaS apps.
Payment Information: Teisko does not process or store your credit card information. Once you make a payment, your credit card information is transferred to our third-party payment processor Stripe (please find their Privacy Policy here).
Information you provide through our support channels: The Services also include our customer support, where you may choose to submit information regarding a problem you are experiencing with a Service. Whether you designate yourself as a technical contact, open a support ticket, speak to one of our representatives directly or otherwise engage with our support team, you will be asked to provide contact information, a summary of the problem you are experiencing, and any other documentation, screenshots or information that would be helpful in resolving the issue.
Information we collect automatically when you use the Services
We collect information about you when you use our Services, including browsing our websites and taking certain actions within the Services.
Your use ot the Service: We keep track of certain information about you when you visit and interact with any of our Services. This information includes the features you use; the links you click on; the type, size and filenames of attachments you upload to the Services.

We receive information about you from other Service users, from third-party services, from our related companies, social media platforms, public databases, and from our business and channel partners. How we use information we collect
To provide the Services: We use information about you to provide the Services to you, including to process transactions with you, authenticate you when you log in, provide customer support, and operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
For product development: We are always looking for ways to improve our Services.

How we store and secure information we collect

How long we keep information
How long we keep information we collect about you depends on the type of information, as described in further detail below.
Account information: We retain your account information for as long as your account is active and a reasonable period thereafter in case you decide to re-activate the Services. After deactivation, the data may be kept in backups for 30 days.
Information you share on the Services: If your account is deactivated or disabled, some of your information and the content you have provided will remain. After deactivation, the data may be kept in backups for 30 days.
Marketing information: If you have elected to receive marketing emails from us, we retain information about your marketing preferences for a reasonable period of time from the date you last expressed interest in our Services.
How to access and control your information
You have certain choices available to you when it comes to your information. Below is a summary of those choices, how to exercise them and any limitations.

Access and update your information: Our Services give you the ability to access and update certain information about you from within the Service.
Deactivate your account: If you no longer wish to use our Services, you or your administrator can deactivate your account. You can deactivate your own account in your account settings.
Delete your Service information: If you no longer wish to use our Services, you or your administrator can delete the Services information from the company settings.
Opt out of communications: You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from us by using the unsubscribe link within each email, or updating your email preferences within your Service account settings.
Data transfers to third parties
Teisko will never sell, rent, or lease your Personal Data to a third party, but we may share collected information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy with third parties.

The purposes for which the company engages these selected third parties is in accordance with providing the services offered by Teisko including; data and email hosting, cloud analytics and communications services, as well as application distribution.
Teisko ensures the most commercially viable selection process by which it evaluates the security, privacy and confidentiality practices of its third parties and sub-processors that may have access to or process our service data.
Changes to our Privacy Policy
Teisko reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. If we decide to change this Privacy Policy, we will post these changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it. All changes are effective immediately upon posting and we suggest that you check this Privacy Policy periodically if you are concerned about how your information is used.
